进汽口布置对于进汽腔内部流动的影响

摘要 基于多种汽轮机进汽腔的数值模拟,对汽轮机多种进汽口布置形式进行流动分析,针对各种进汽入口布置位置对进汽腔内流动特性因素进行研究,结果表明:采用切向进汽能够有效改善进汽腔内部的流动状态,同向进汽腔虽然在全开状态下差于异向进汽腔,但是在单管开启的工况下基本相同。相同流量下,增加切向进汽的进汽口有利于改善进汽腔的流动效果,但改善效果随进汽腔数量的增加而减少。 Based on the numerical simulation of various steam turbine inlet cavities,the flow analysis of various steam inlet layouts of steam turbines is analyzed,and the factors of flow characteristics in the steam inlet cavity for various inlet layout positions are studied.The results show that,using tangential steam inlet can effectively improve the flow state inside the steam inlet cavity.Although the same direction steam inlet cavity is worse than the opposite direction steam inlet cavity in the fully open state,it is basically the same under the operating conditions of single pipe opening.At the same flow rate,increasing the tangential steam inlet is beneficial to improve the flow effect of the steam inlet cavity,but the improvement effect decreases with the increase of the number of steam inlet cavities.
