车辆转驳装置结构设计及优化

摘要 车辆转驳装置是海上转运车辆和物资的重要海洋装备,其结构的安全性十分重要。车辆转驳装置结构断裂破坏的主要原因是应力集中,主要发生在跳板的铰链处。通过结构的理论计算及有限元分析相辅相成,对30 m车辆转驳装置的分部件及整机结构进行强度校核,并进行结构优化及轻量化设计,跳板主体结构通过肋板或筋板配合使用避免过度出现应力集中区域。本文详细分析了跳板的破坏机理及车辆行驶过程中对跳板强度的影响,为以后车辆转驳装置的改进提供指导建议。 Vehicle transfer device is an important marine equipment for transshipment of vehicles and materials at sea.The safety of its structure is very important for transshipment.The main reason for the fracture and failure of the car transfer device is the concentration of stress,which mainly occurs at the hinge link of the springboard.Through the complement of theoretical calculation and finite element analysis of the structure,the strength of the parts and the whole structure of the 30m vehicle transfer device are checked,and the structure optimization and lightweight design are carried out.The failure mechanism of the springboard and the influence of the strength of the main springboard are analyzed in detail,which provides guidance for the improvement of the vehicle transfer device in the future.
