摘要
针对某动力设备的蒸汽调节阀组阀杆断裂故障,通过对调节阀杆进行拆检,复查设计和制造,分析材料失效,表明阀杆的设计、制造等均满足图纸要求。通过材料失效分析,从断口的宏观与微观分析来看,断面较为洁净,呈亮金属色,整体未见异物覆盖,因此断口未受到氧化腐蚀。由此可见,阀杆在设备停止运行后拆检时发生一次性脆性断裂。
In view of the problem of steam control value lift rod fracture in the dynamic equipment,the valve stem is disassembled and inspected,the design and manufacturing are reviewed,and the material failure is analyzed.It shows that the design and manufacturing of the valve stem meet the requirements of the drawings.According to the macro and micro analysis of the fracture after material failure analysis,the section is relatively neat,with bright metallic color and it's covered with nothing.It shows that the fracture has not been oxidized and corroded.According to the above analysis,it is considered that a brittle fracture occurred during the inspection after the turbine is shut down.
