摘要
文章介绍了船用中压空气压缩机工作原理,研究了其积碳和滑油乳化的形成原因。通过对常见积碳问题的现象分析,采用控制变量法进行对比试验,得出了其形成特性及其解决方法的局限性,提出了能有效地减少积碳形成的改进措施,并通过实例理论计算的方式,验证了以改进措施减少积碳的可靠性及其在应用形式上的灵活性。
The working principle of marine medium-pressure air compressor is connected,and studies the causes of its carbon deposition and oil emulsification.By analyzing the phenomena of common carbon accumulation problems and conducting comparative experiments using the control variable method,the limitations of its formation characteristics and their solutions are obtained,and the improvement measures that can effectively reduce the formation of carbon deposition are proposed,and the theoretical calculations are carried out through example.The method has verified the reliability of the improvement measures to reduce carbon deposition and the flexibility of its application form.
