船舶废气处理系统中化学药剂的储存

Storage of Chemicals in Ship's Exhaust Gas Treatment System

为控制船舶废气对大气的污染,国际海事组织(IMO)对废气排放提出了日益严格的限制要求,因而越来越多的船舶选择安装SCR系统和脱硫塔装置。文章主要对废气处理系统中化学药剂的储存进行分析研究,根据化学药剂(包括尿素溶液、NaOH溶液和Mg(OH)2溶液)的特点,结合船用环境,阐述了化学药剂储存容器的材料选择,分析了化学药剂的储存温度要求,从而提出安全合理的储存方案,为今后的设计和布置提供参考和借鉴。

International Maritime Organization has laid down stricter exhaust emission standard for the purpose of controlling atmospheric pollution caused by exhaust gas of ship.Increased number of ships choose to install the SCR system and SOX Scrubber in order to comply with the standard.The study on storage of chemicals used in ship’s exhaust gas treatment system is analyzed.According to the characteristics of chemicals(Aqueous urea solution,Sodium hydroxide solution and Magnesium hydroxide solution included)and marine environment,the material of chemicals storage container is described,and the storage temperature requirement of chemicals is analyzed,safe and reasonable storage solution is put forward to provide reference for future design and layout.
