船舶集中空调通风系统清洗的必要性和可行性分析

Analysis on the Necessity and Feasibility of Cleaning Central Air Conditioning and Ventilation System on Vessels

针对目前船舶集中空调通风系统长期未清洗所呈现的弊端,阐述了风管清洗的必要性,即有利于保证船舶战斗力、节约空调系统能耗和延长空调机组寿命。从清洗规范、清洗技术和清洗方案这3个方面分析了船舶集中空调通风系统实行清洗的可行性,最后对提高船舶空调通风系统在疫情防控期间的应对能力提出了几条建议。

In view of the disadvantages of the central air conditioning and ventilation system which has not been cleaned for a long time on vessels,the necessity of air duct cleaning is emphasized,which is beneficial to ensuring the combat effectiveness of the vessel,saving the energy consumption and prolonging the life span of the AC unit.The feasibility of air duct cleaning on vessels is also analyzed from three aspects:cleaning standard,cleaning technology,cleaning scheme.Finally,several suggestions are put forward on how to improve the response capacities of the central air conditioning and ventilation system during the epidemic period.
