As one of the representative products supported by artificial intelligence technology,self-driving cars have generated a series of ethical issues in its practical application.The core of the relevent research mainly focuses on the moral ethics,machine ethics and legal ethics aspects arising from self-driving.It involves not only the disputes between consequentialism and absolutism,accident algorithm and moral algorithm,as well as ethics and jurisprudence,but also includes the difficult issues of differentiation of subjective interests,attribution of interests and boundary determination as well as the legal policy formulation.The current state of research on ethical issues in self-driving cars is analyzed,focusing on moral,machine,and legal ethics regarding existing debates and ethical decisions,cross-examination of algorithm settings,and determination of accident outcomes.
