摘要 随着信息技术的快速发展,企业对计算机专业人才要求不断提高,对人才的职业素养也提出了更高的要求,培养和提升职业素养是职业生涯发展的重要基础。通过对职业素养的现状分析,提出了职业素养培养的三个方向:公共职业素养、行业职业素养、岗位职业素养。以“小型实体组织”技术帮扶的产教融合新模式,让技术帮扶项目进课堂,实现学校教师与企业师傅合二为一,培养和提升学生职业素养。 With the rapid development of information technology,enterprises have continuously improved the requirements for com-puter professionals,and also put forward higher requirements for the professional quality of talents.Cultivating and improving pro-fessional quality is an important basis for career development.Through the analysis of the current situation of professional quality,this paper puts forward three directions of professional quality cultivation:public professional quality,industrial professional quality and post professional quality.With the new model of"small entity organization"technology support integration,the technology sup-port projects are introduced into the classroom,to achieve the integration of school teachers and enterprise masters,and cultivate and improve the professional quality of students.
