新时代背景下,高职教育需要通过产教融合来提升人才培养质量,但受高职教育办学传统和制度执行路径依赖逻辑的约束,产教融合的发展遭遇人才培养方式单一、企业主体作用缺失、校企沟通对接机制不完善、教师队伍服务企业专业能力不强以及政府和行业引导不足等问题。对此,高职院校要积极探索丰富多样的方式开展校企协同育人,促进产教深度融合;创新合作模式与机制体制,发挥企业主体作用;畅通校企沟通合作平台渠道,促进产教融合生态圈的生成;促进校企人才双向流动,提升校企互惠能力。同时,还要强化政府和行业引导,加强产教融合政策扶持,推动产教深度融合,全面提升育人成效。

In the background of the new era,higher vocational education needs to improve the quality of talent cultivation through the integration of industry and education.However,constrained by the tradition of higher vocational education and the logic of path-dependence of system implementation,the development of integration of industry and education encounters problems such as single mode of talent cultivation,lack of main role of enterprises,imperfect communication and docking mechanism of schools and enterprises,insufficient professional ability of teachers and insufficient guidance of government and industry.In this regard,higher vocational colleges should innovate various forms of school-enterprise cooperative education to promote the deep integration of industry and education,and innovate the cooperation mode and mechanism system to play the main role of enterprises,and establish the school-enterprise communication and cooperation platform to form a normal communication mechanism,and promote the two-way flow of school-enterprise talents to improve the professional ability of teachers.At the same time,it is also necessary to strengthen the guidance of government and industry,strengthen policy support for the integration of industry and education,and promote the deep integration of industry and education in order to improve the effectiveness of education in all aspects.
