构建“导师+积分”制的贯穿式党员培养和发展模式

做好大学生党员发展工作,既是党支部的重要职责,也是学校人才培养的重要一环。目前各高校基层党组织存在着培养过程需进一步规范、培养质量有待提升等问题,这与大学生群体基数庞大、缺乏相对科学规范的阶段性培养体系有关。为了切实加强对大学生党员的过程培养及质量监督,提升基层党组织的组织力和战斗力,广东农工商职业技术学院外语学生党支部构建了“导师+积分”制党员培养模式,以导师制为党员培养把好方向、以积分制为党员发展画好坐标、以贯穿式为党员发展打造平台,使党员培养可控、可测,提升培养质量。

To do a good job in the development of college student party members is not only the important duty of the Party branch,but also an important part of the training of college talents.At present,there are some common problems in the training process of grass-roots party organizations in colleges and universities,such as the lack of standardization in the training process and the need to improve the training quality,which is related to the large base of college students and the lack of a relatively scientific and standardized stage education system.In order to strengthen the process training and quality supervision of college student party members and enhance the organizational strength and combat effectiveness of grass-roots party organizations,the Party branch of the foreign language students of Guangdong Agriculture Industry Business Polytechnic College has constructed a“tutor plus point”system for party members training.Taking the tutor system as a good direction for the Party member training,the points system as a good coordinate for Party member development,and the passing through type as a platform for Party member development,the system makes the training of the Party members controllable and measurable,and improves the quality of training.
