“医”之双重“三维论”和“医学工程”的双重含义

对于“医”的内容和含义,从名实关系和语言分析角度提出了双重“三维论”观点。第一重“三维论”认为“医”之含义包括医疗活动之“医”,医疗角色之“医”和社会医事制度之“医”;而医疗活动又包括医理、医术和医疗实践这第二重“三维”。针对医学科学、医疗技术与医疗实践的现实,从“科学技术工程三元论”和工程哲学角度分析了生物医学工程问题。最后分析了关于社会医学工程的哲学问题。

From perspectives of name-object relation and linguistic analysis,this paper interprets the dual"Three-dimensional Theory"on the contents and meanings of"medicine".At the first level of"Three-dimensional Theory",three dimensions of"medicine"are identified as medical activities,medical role and social medical institutions.The second level of"Three-dimensional Theory"refers to medical activities including medical science,medical technology and medical practice.This paper analyzes some biomedical engineering issues related to medical science,medical technology and medical practice from perspectives of engineering philosophy and Triarchic Theory of science,technology,and engineering.Last but not least,some philosophical problems about social medical engineering are analyzed.
