新冠疫情期间晚期乳腺癌患者个体叙事分析

Individual Narrative Analysis of Patients with Advanced Breast Cancer during COVID-19 Epidemic

深入了解新冠疫情期间治疗延误出现病情进展的晚期乳腺癌患者的经历及心理感受,对10例患者进行半结构式深度访谈,通过叙事讲述的方式收集资料。不能按计划进行治疗、病情进展的晚期乳腺癌患者在新冠疫情期间不仅面临着出现病情进展不能正常就医的问题,心理状态也很差,因为疫情和病情进展的原因容易出现焦虑、抑郁等负性情绪,但是家人的陪伴和支持给予患者很大的抚慰。在这种特殊时期需要对这部分亟需治疗的晚期肿瘤患者给予更多的关注,从疾病治疗到心理护理,多方面为患者提供更多的帮助,改善患者的生存状态。

To further understand the experience and psychological states of patients with advanced breast cancer suffering delayed treatment during the COVID-19 epidemic,semi-structured in-depth interviews were conducted on 10 patients,and data were collected through narratives.Disease progression and delayed treatment were not the only problems these patients had to face,they also suffered from poor psychological states.They were easily exposed to anxiety,depression and other negative emotions due to epidemic and disease progression,but the companion and support of family members was a great comfort.In this special period,more attention should be paid to advanced tumor patients who are in urgent need of treatment,from disease treatment to psychological nursing,more help should be provided to patients in many aspects,in order to improve their living state.
