读中医医案应去伪求真

Critical Reading of Traditional Chinese Medical Records

中医医案是对中医文化、理论的实践与经验传承,是医家良好的学习范本。但庞杂的医案系统中不乏鱼龙混杂现象,为更好地阅读医案,通过举隅具体的古代医案,从其存在的问题进行分析,总结出部分医案存在着时代发展限制、社会思潮融入、真实性不可考、信息缺失等问题。在此基础上,提出在选择医案时,初学者与已入门者应有所区分,选择不同的读本,批判性地阅读医案。而当代学者在书写医案时应有所规范,也呼吁更多学者有组织地整理医案,以冀中医医案更好地发展与服务于中医文化。

Medical records of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)is the legacy of Traditional Chinese Medicine culture and theory,which is a good learning template for physicians.But there are some suboptimal records in the massive record system.In order to better read medical records,this paper analyzes specific ancient TCM records,and summarizes the problems as the limitation of eras,integration of social thought,the inaccuracy of authenticity,the lack of information and so on.Then it suggests beginners and advanced learners to select appropriate TCM records to read critically.Contemporary scholars are appealed to write medical records in a normalized form.It is a calling for more scholars devoting in sorting TCM records in an organized way,in order to better develop and serve TCM culture.
