《黄帝内经》两种译本的研究与比较

A Comparative Study on Two English Versions of Huangdi Neijing

《黄帝内经》中五运六气学说是中医文化的重要一隅,具有独特的中医文化属性,研究其术语译介有助于传播中医文化和中医疫病诊治思路。以《黄帝内经》中运气类术语的英译为例,以拉斯韦尔5W模式为理论框架,从译者、译语翻译策略和传播效果等角度分析五运六气术语的译介,重点从语言、文化和交际三层面分析吴连胜和吴奇父子译本和李照国译本的翻译策略,探讨两译本成功译介的原因。认为术语及译本的成功译介在翻译上,要实现归化与异化的有机互补,从语言、文化、交际等多层面考量;在传播上,要考虑译者、翻译目的和社会语言环境等因素的影响。

The doctrine of five evolutive phases and six climatic factors in Huangdi Neijing being an important part of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)culture,has unique cultural attributes of TCM.The study on the translation and communication of its terms is helpful for the dissemination of TCM culture and the diagnosis and treatment of epidemic diseases.Under the theoretical framework of Lasswell's 5W model,this article takes the English translation of its terms in the version of Wu Liansheng and his son Wu Qi and the version of Li Zhaoguo as examples,analyzing their translation and communication from the perspective of translators,translation strategies and communication effects,focusing on the translation strategies from the aspects of language,culture and communication,and exploring the reasons for their successful translation and communication.It is believed that a successful translation should realize the organic complementation of domestication and foreignization from the aspects of language,culture and communication.On communication,the translator,translation goal and social language context should be considered.
