摘要
为研究沥青路面层间剪切性能,基于SBS改性沥青、70-A沥青、改性乳化沥青3种层间粘结材料,通过旋转压实仪SGC成型试件(中面层AC-13,上面层SMA-10及AC-10),采用伺服液压沥青混合料动态试验系统UTM-100对试件进行直剪试验,研究了粘层油用量对层间抗剪强度的影响。在确定最佳粘层油用量后,测试了温度和水对面层层间抗剪强度的影响,结果表明沥青路面层间抗剪强度随粘层材料撒布量的增加呈现先升高后降低的趋势,在抗剪强度峰值处的粘层材料用量即为最佳粘结材料撒布量,在最佳粘结材料撒布量下,面层抗剪强度为级配上面层SMA-10+中间层AC-13>上面层AC-10+中面层AC-13,路面层间抗剪强度在温度升高和浸水条件下均降低。
In order to study the interlayer shear performance of asphalt pavement,based on SBS modified asphalt,70 A asphalt and modified emulsified asphalt,specimens(AC-13 between SMA-10 and AC-10)are formed by rotary compactor SGC,and direct shear tests are carried out on the specimens by servo hydraulic asphalt mixture dynamic test system UTM-100 to study the effect of bonding materials amounton shear strength.After determining the optimal amount of tack coat oil,the effects of temperature and water oninterlayer shear strength are tested.The results show that the interlayer shear strength of asphalt pavement first increases and then decreases with the increasing of tack coat material amount.The tack coat material amountat the peak of shear strength is the optimal amount of tack coat material.Under the optimal amount of tack coat material,the shear strength of asphalt pavement isSMA-10 between AC-13> AC-10 between AC-13,the interlayer shear strength of pavement decreases with the increasing of temperature and immersion.
