石油沥青中致癌多环芳烃含量测定研究

Study on Measuring Carcinogenic Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons Contents in Petroleum Asphalt

建立了一种测定石油沥青中致癌多环芳烃的分析方法,通过柱层析组分分离及溶剂萃取对石油沥青中的多环芳烃进行浓缩提纯,利用GCMS对提纯的样品进行定性定量分析。结果显示:目标化合物在0.10~5.0 mg/L范围内线性关系良好,R2≥0.995,检出限为0.05~0.1 mg/kg,加标回收率为72.3%~105%,相对标准偏差(RSD,n=6)为1.7%~9.3%。该方法易于操作,适用于石油沥青中致癌多环芳烃的测定。

An analytical method for measuring carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in petroleum asphalt is established.The Polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in petroleum asphalt are concentrated and purified by column chromatography and solvent extraction,and the purified samples are qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed by GCMS.The results showed that the target compound has a good linear relationship in the range of 0.10 mg/L-5.0mg/L(R^(2)≥0.995).The measurelimit is 0.05 mg/kg-0.1 mg/kg,the recovery rate is 72.3%-105%,and the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=6) is 1.7%-9.3%.This method is easy to operate and suitable for measuring carcinogenic polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons in petroleum asphalt.
