码头电力设备低频振荡抑制研究

摘要 针对电力公司切送电时,码头电力设备出现低频振荡致使设备瘫痪,提出利用改进NSGA-II算法,对含有电力系统稳定器和静止无功补偿器的电力系统进行协调控制,优化其阻尼控制器控制参数,在Matlab/Simulink软件中进行经典单机系统的仿真分析。结果表明,优化参数后的PSS与SVC能够有效改善电力系统阻尼比,抑制低频振荡。 In view of the fact that the low-frequency oscillation of the terminal power equipment causes the equipment to be paralyzed when the power company cuts off the power supply,the improved NSGA-II algorithm is proposed to coordinate the control of the power system containing the power system stabilizer and the static var compensator,and optimize its control parameters of the damping controller.The control parameters are simulated and analyzed in the classic stand-alone system in Matlab/Simulink software.The results show that the optimized PSS and SVC can effectively improve the damping ratio of power system and suppress low-frequency oscillation.
