某自动化集装箱码头堆场采用垂直岸线的布局模式,堆场对于外集卡作业的冗余能力不足。针对外集卡在停车场内的排队问题,规划了自动化码头闸口停车场业务设置,优化了自动化码头闸口停车场调度系统逻辑,实现了外集卡调度功能完善、作业任务次序合理、人工干预减少的既定目标。
