中药干预肝癌及其疼痛的分子机制研究进展

Research Progress on Molecular Mechanism of TraditionalChinese Medicine Intervention on Liver Cancer and Its Pain

肝区疼痛是原发性肝癌患者最常见也是最痛苦的症状之一。中药的使用能协同止痛、升高痛阈,改善机体的精神内环境状态,延缓或减轻疼痛的发生。本文着重从基础研究的角度概述部分活血化瘀药、温里药、清热解毒药、补气药以及其它类中药在抗癌止痛方面的分子机制,以期能够为中西医结合增强癌痛的镇痛疗效,充分发挥中医药抗癌止痛的优势提供一定依据。

Liver pain is one of the most common and painful symptoms in patients with primary liver cancer.The use of traditional Chinese medicine can synergistically relieve pain,raise pain threshold,improve the mental environment of the body,and delay or reduce the occurrence of pain.From the perspective of basic research,this article summarizes the molecular mechanisms of some drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,warming interior,clearing heat and detoxifying,tonifying Qi and other kinds of traditional Chinese medicine in anti-cancer and pain relief,in order to provide some basis for the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine to enhance the analgesic effect of cancer pain and give full play to the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in anti-cancer and pain relief.
