CT低剂量扫描技术在新冠肺炎筛查中的应用分析

摘要 目的:探讨CT低剂量扫描技术应用于新冠肺炎筛查中的临床价值。方法:回顾性分析2020年3月-2020年12月我院收治的100例疑似新冠肺炎患者的首次CT影像资料,其中CT常规剂量扫描50例,设置为常规剂量组,CT低剂量扫描50例,设置为低剂量组。两组影像数据进行多平面重组,对新冠肺炎患者进行分期以及影像图像评分,统计分析两组初检时剂量长度乘积、CT容积剂量、有效辐射剂量,同时对比两组多次复查CT的总剂量长度乘积以及总有效辐射剂量。结果:两组新冠肺炎筛查中,早期检出率、进展期检出率以及危重期检出率并无显著差异(P>0.05)。两组肺窗图像质量评分、纵膈窗图像质量评分数据比较并无统计学意义(P>0.05)。低剂量组剂量长度乘积、CT容积剂量、有效辐射剂量均明显低于常规剂量组(P<0.05)。低剂量组多次复查CT的总剂量长度乘积以及总有效辐射剂量均明显低于常规剂量组(P<0.05)。结论:CT扫描技术是新冠肺炎流行期间高效且准确度较高的一种诊断技术,CT低剂量扫描不仅能获得较好的图像质量,同时能减低辐射剂量,提高诊断安全性,有利于新冠肺炎的筛查,有助于有效控制疫情。 Objective:To explore the clinical value of CT low-dose scanning technology in the screening of new coronary pneumonia.Methods:The first CT imaging data of 100 patients with suspected new coronary pneumonia admitted to our hospital from March 2020 to December 2020 were analyzed retrospectively.Among them,50 cases were scanned with conventional doses of CT,which were set as the conventional dose group.50 cases of low-dose scan were set as low-dose group.The two groups of image data were reorganized in multiple planes,and the new coronary pneumonia patients were staged and image image scores.The product of dose length,CT volume dose,and effective radiation dose during the initial examination of the two groups were statistically analyzed.At the same time,the total dose of the two groups of repeated CT examinations was compared.Length product and total effective radiation dose.Results:In the two groups of new coronary pneumonia screening,there was no significant difference in the early detection rate,advanced detection rate,and critical stage detection rate(P>0.05).The comparison of the lung window image quality score and mediastinal window image quality score data between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).The product of dose length,CT volume dose,and effective radiation dose in the low-dose group were significantly lower than those in the conventional dose group(P<0.05).The total dose length product and total effective radiation dose of the low-dose group of repeated CT examinations were significantly lower than those of the conventional dose group(P<0.05).Conclusion:CT scanning technology is an efficient and accurate diagnostic technique during the epidemic of new coronary pneumonia.CT low-dose scanning can not only obtain better image quality,but also reduce radiation dose and improve diagnostic safety,which is beneficial to new coronary pneumonia Screening,effectively controlling the epidemic.
