摘要 当前,我国高等职业教育正处于"1+X"证书制度试点与教育教学创新团队建设的攻坚期,处于"双高计划"院校建设的关键期,开始从规模扩张式发展阶段转向高质量发展阶段。文章在"1+X"证书制度试点背景下,以农村经营管理专业为例,分析了我国高职院校教育教学创新团队建设的重要意义,研究了农村经营管理专业创新团队建设困境,并从教学团队组建、"双师型"教师队伍建设、教学教法创新、校企合作与体制机制创新5个方面进行探索研究,创新性提出农村经营管理专业教育教学创新团队建设路径,为国家教育教学创新团队建设提供参考和借鉴意义。 At present,China’s higher vocational education is in the key period of"1+X"certificate system pilot and education teaching innovation team construction and"Double High Plan"college construction.It starts to transform from the scale expansion development stage to high-quality development stage.Under the background of"1+X"certificate system,taking the rural management major as an example,this paper analyzes the significance of the construction of the education and teaching innovation team in higher vocational colleges in China,studies the dilemma of the construction of the education and teaching innovation team in the rural management major.Moreover,it probes into the construction of teaching team,the construction of double-teacher team,the innovation of teaching method,the cooperation between colleges and enterprises and the innovation of system and mechanism.It puts forward the path of constructing the education innovation team of rural operation and management specialty,so as to provide reference for the construction of national education and teaching innovation team.
