基于智慧社区建设的社区社交互助软件设计

Community social mutual aid software design based on the construction of smart community

随着我国城市化、城镇化进程的不断加快和推进,城市的人口越来越多,但邻里交流越来越少。社区内居民们缺乏沟通,导致了居民对于邻里关系的淡化,而在城市化建设过程中也鲜有对于社区化沟通平台的开发建设。现有居民用户常用的一些软件含有诸多痛点,导致居民用户需要完成更多的行为才可以完成某项活动。"顺便帮"社区互助软件项目在设计过程中考虑到要充分发挥"互联网+"的优势,并利用建设智慧社区的契机进行开发设计。文章结合智慧社区的建设分析了开发相关软件的必要性,详细描述了设计开发的"顺便帮"社区互助软件的功能与软件系统的核心架构。同时,介绍了项目中运用的协同过滤算法的设计,以及项目在冷启动和其他方面的改进策略。

With the development of urbanization in our country,the population of cities gradually increased,but the communication among neighbors decreased.The lack of communication among the residents in the community leads to the desalination of the neighborhood relationship among the residents,and the development and construction of the community-based communication platform are rarely found in the process of urbanization.There are many pain points in some software commonly used by resident users,which leads to more behavior to complete a certain activity."Shunbianbang"community mutual aid software project takes full advantage of"Internet+"and uses the opportunity to build a smart community for development and design in its design process.This paper analyzes the necessity of developing related softwares based on the construction of smart community,and describes in detail the function of community mutual aid software and the core structure of software system.At the same time,it introduces the design of collaborative filtering algorithm used in the project,and the improvement strategy in cold start and other aspects of the project.
