At present,the reform and adjustment of the global industries have attracted widespread attention.In particular,how to enhance the manufacturing strength to adapt the trade rules is vital.Therefore,the importance of the modernization of the industrial chain has been elevated to new heights.Shanghai is accelerating the modernization of the indus-trial chain,and we would take full advantage of our strengths and build high-end industri-al clusters,in order to turning crises into opportunities.For the purpose of the target and strategic of high-end industrial clusters,the development path of Shanghai's industrial chain modernization level was introduced.
