以企业需求为导向的设计人才评价体系研究 被引量:5

摘要 针对当前企业在设计人才评价中出现的评价指标层次不清晰、评价准确度较低,评价结果缺乏实用性等问题,提出以企业需求为导向设计人才评价体系。该评价体系以企业需求为导向,通过对企业设计模式分析和评价体系的构建原则进行研究,明确企业设计人才评价体系的构建思路;运用智力三元理论,将设计人才评价指标划分为设计决策能力、设计专业能力、设计整合能力3个维度;并通过亲和图法将各维度下的评价指标进行精简,建立设计人才评价指标体系;最后,采用层次分析法对设计人才各项评价指标权重进行计算,并通过一致性检验,得到最终各项评价指标相对权重及排名。该评价体系对企业改善设计人才评价机制,优化设计人才引进和职务选拔等工作具有参考价值。 As the core element of enterprise design ability,design talent is very impor-tant for enterprise development.Therefore,this paper aims at the problems of unclear evalu-ation index levels,low evaluation accuracy,and lack of practicality in current enterpris-es,proposes a method for constructing a design talent evaluation system based on enter-prise needs.The evaluation system is oriented to the needs of the enterprise.Through the study of the enterprise design mode analysis and evaluation system construction principles,to clarifies the ideas for the construction of the enterprise design talent evaluation sys-tem;base on the ternary theory of intelligence,the design talent evaluation indicators are divided into three dimensions of design decision-making ability,design professional ability and design integration ability;and through the affinity diagram method to stream-line the evaluation indicators under each dimension to establish a design talent evaluation index system;finally,the analytic hierarchy process is used to calculate the weights of various evaluation indicators for design talents.And based on the consistency test,calcu-late the relative weights and rankings of the final evaluation indicators.This evaluation system has reference value for enterprises to improve the evaluation mechanism of design talents,optimize the introduction of design talents and job selection.
