红外衰减全反射法在快速鉴定聚合物乳液主成分中的应用

摘要 通过红外衰减全反射法分别对几种不同类型的已知聚合物乳液进行测试,获取相应谱图,分析谱图中各官能团吸收峰的位置。同时对一种未知聚合物乳液进行分离鉴定,并采用稀释法和染色法判断乳液的类型。结果表明,该聚合物乳液的主要成分是水、脂肪族油、碳酸钙和苯乙烯-丙烯酸丁酯共聚物,且两种方法均判断出该乳液为水包油(O/W)型。红外衰减全反射法可对样品直接进行测试,操作简单,分析速度快,可应用于聚合物乳液的成分分析。 Several different types of known polymer emulsion are tested by IR attenuated total reflection method,and the corresponding spectra are obtained,the positions of absorption peaks of functional groups in the spectra are analyzed.At the same time,an unknown polymer emulsion is separated and identified,and the type of emulsion is determined by dilution method and dyeing method.The results show that the main components of the polymer emulsion are water,aliphatic oil,calcium carbonate and styrene butyl acrylate copolymer.Both methods identifie the emulsion as oil in water(O/W)type.The infrared attenuated total reflection method can be used for direct testing of samples.The operation is simple and the analysis speed is fast.It can be applied to the composition analysis of polymer emulsion.
