摘要
以物流工程专业《工业工程》课程为例,分解育人目标,探索课程思政教育实施方法,将课程思政教学融入到教学活动全过程,并在课程总结阶段,采用翻转课堂新教学手段对学生职业素养与价值思想协同培养。最后,建立教学评价指标,基于主成分分析法评价教学效果,并建立反馈机制,根据评价结果动态调整教学内容与方法,进一步使培养结果达到预期目标。为其他专业课程开展课程思政提供了一定的思路。
Take the“Industrial Engineering”course as a case,break down the goal of educating people,explore the implementation methods of curriculum ideological and political education,integrate course ideological and political teaching into the whole process of teaching activities,and at the stage of curriculum summarization,the new teaching method of flipping the classroom is used to cultivate students'professional qualities and values in a coordinated manner.Finally,establish teaching evaluation indicators,evaluate teaching effects based on principal component analysis and establish a feedback mechanism,dynamically adjust the teaching content and methods according to the evaluation results.According to the evaluation results,dynamically adjust the teaching content and methods what further make the training results reach the expected goal.What could provides certain ideas for other professional courses to carry out curriculum ideology and politics.
