摘要
以培养物流管理专业学生职业技能为导向,选取广西民族师范学院物流管理专业为研究对象,首先对人才培养现状进行了简单梳理,进而以“教、赛、证、岗”为研究主线,设计了基于“教、赛、证、岗”四位一体的人才培养模式,从总体设计到各个主体间的相互传导机制进行了详细阐述。最后基于四位一体的人才培养模式,在借鉴现有研究的基础上,构建了物流管理人才培养质量评价的指标体系,可为高校进行人才培养质量评价提供标准和依据。
Guided by the training of professional skills of logistics management students,the logistics management major of Guangxi Normal University for Nationalities is selected as the research object.First,the current situation of talent training is briefly combed,and then“teaching,competition,certification,and post”are the main research lines.Designed a talent training model based on the four-in-one“teaching,competition,certification,and post”,from the overall design to the mutual transmission mechanism between the various subjects was elaborated.Finally,based on the four-in-one talent training model,on the basis of drawing on existing research,an index system for evaluating the quality of logistics management talent training is constructed,which can provide standards and basis for the evaluation of talent training quality in universities.
