线上线下融合的阅读服务是图书馆阅读服务创新发展的新方向、新目标、新趋势,线上线下优势互补有助于优化用户服务体验。文章从用户角度总结线上线下融合的图书馆阅读服务的特点,并针对性地提出改进阅读服务的对策,为促进线上线下融合的图书馆阅读服务提供参考。

Online and offline fusion of reading service is a new direction,new goal,new trend of library reading service innovation development,online and offline advantages of complementary help to optimize the user service experience.This paper summarizes the characteristics of online and offline library reading service from the point of view of users,and puts forward the countermeasures to improve the reading service,which provides reference for promoting online and offline library reading service.
