摘要
科技成果转化是知识转化为技术的关键环节,促进科技成果转化是加强科技与经济紧密结合的重要手段。江苏省科技资源丰富,区域创新能力持续多年位居全国前列。江苏培养了一批科技成果转化专业人才,科技成果转化成效显著。文章主要分析了江苏省科技成果转化人才培养现状和存在的主要问题,并针对问题提出对策。
The transformation of sci-tech achievements is a key link in the transformation of knowledge into technology.Promoting the transformation of sci-tech achievements is an important means to strengthen the close integration of science and technology with the economy.Jiangsu province is rich in sci-tech resources,and its regional innovation capacity has ranked the top in China for many years.Jiangsu has trained a number of talents specialized in the transformation of sci-tech achievements.This paper mainly analyzes the present situation and existing problems of sci tech achievement transformation talents training in Jiangsu province,and puts forward some countermeasures.
