基于就业导向的高职学生职业素养培养研究

Research of Professional Quality Training of Higher Vocational Students Based on the Employment Orientation

对基于就业导向的高职学生职业素养培养进行研究。重视职业素养的培养是当前高职教育发展的必然要求,但高职院校学生职业素养培养正面临一些问题:教育观念不符合当下高职院校学生职业发展的要求,高职院校学生职业培养方向不能满足社会人才需求。提出了高职院校学生职业素养培养的途径与方法:根据社会的发展需要对学生进行培养,使学生得到社会的认可;根据社会人才需求提高高职生职业素养,积极主动地适应社会及企业;构建良好的学习环境,促进高职生职业素养提升。高职院校不仅要重视学生的专业技能培养,还要将专业知识素养重视起来,在教育过程中不断改变教学方法,为国家培养出全面发展的人才。

The research explores the professional quality training of higher vocational students based on the employment orientation.Attention on professional quality training is the inevitable requirement of the development of higher vocational college education at present,but there are also some problems,i.e.education concept is inconformity with the requirement of vocational development of higher vocational college,and the orientation of professional training of college students in the higher vocational college cannot satisfy the talent demand from the society.The pathway and method of professional quality training of college students are proposed,i.e.to cultivate students according to the development demand of the society in order to make students be recognized by the society;improve the professional quality of higher vocational college students according to the talent demand from the society in order actively adapt to the society and enterprise;establish good study environment,and promote the professional quality of higher vocational college students.Higher vocational colleges should not only pay attention to student professional skill training,but also focus on professional knowledge literacy,and continuously change teaching method in education process,in order to train talents with comprehensive development for China.
