日本校园足球发展的有益经验及对我国的启示

Experience of Campus Football Development in Japan and its Enlightenment on China

对日本校园足球的发展进行研究,提出了日本校园足球发展的有益经验,体现在较为完备的校园足球竞赛体系,科学的、专业化的青训体系,大量高水平的教练员和裁判员,足球与教育深度结合。我国应借鉴日本校园足球的有益经验,通过完善校园足球竞赛体系,做好青少年人才培养长期规划,加大足球教练员的培训力度,推进足球与教育融合等途径,促进校园足球的普及和发展。

The research explores the development of campus football in Japan,and proposes the experience of campus football development in Japan,i.e.relatively perfect campus football competition system,scientific and professional teenager training system,a large amount of coaches and referees of high level,and deep integration of football and education.China should make reference of the experiences of campus football in Japan,make good long-term plan of teenager talent training through perfect campus football competition system,strengthen the training of football coaches,promote the pathway of the integration of football and education,and improve the popularization and development of campus football.
