摘要
探讨了基于团队合作应用能力培养的课堂教学改革实践策略。分析了大学生团队合作课堂教学中存在的问题,具体表现在学生集体意识淡薄,个体存在差异化,缺乏主动交流的意识,当前的教育机制和模式不够完善等方面。提出了大学生团队合作能力提升策略,应提高学生团队合作意识,尊重学生个性差异,加强师生间的良好沟通与交流,建立并完善评价体系。开展基于团队合作应用能力培养的课堂教学改革研究与实践,能够切实提高大学生团队合作精神的培养实效,不断提升学生的团队合作意识,培养其沟通交流能力与社会实践能力,满足市场对复合型、创新型人才的需求。
The research explores the practical strategies of the course teaching reform based on team work applied ability training,analyzes the problems of course teaching of based on college student teamwork,i.e.the weak collective consciousness of students,differentiation of students,lack of initiative communication consciousness,and imperfect education mechanism and model at present,etc.Countermeasures of the promotion of teamwork ability of college students are proposed,i.e.to improve student teamwork cooperation consciousness,respect student individual differences,strengthen the good communication between teachers and students,and establish and perfect evaluation system.The research and practice of course teaching based on teamwork cooperation application ability training can improve the training effect of college student teamwork cooperation spirit,continuously improve student teamwork cooperation consciousness,train the student’s communication ability and social practice ability,and satisfy the demand of compound and innovative talent from the market.
