对基于1+X证书制度的BIM技术人才培养方案设计进行研究。通过解读1+X证书制度,提出了BIM技术人才培养方案设计策略:扎实师资保障,优化课程结构,深化校企合作,以期为BIM技术人才培养提供新的思路。

The research explores the BIM technological talent training scheme design based on 1+X certificate system.Through the explanation of 1+X certificate system,the strategies of BIM technological talent training scheme design are proposed,i.e.ensure teacher guarantee,optimize course structure,and deepen school-enterprise cooperation,in order to provide new thinking path for BIM technological talent training.
