新型工业化城市背景下应用型本科人才培养创新研究

Research on the Cultivation and Innovation of Applied Undergraduate Talents in New Industrial City

以德州市新型工业化城市产业发展为背景,对应用型本科教育人才培养对策进行研究。论述了应用型本科教育与产业结构之间的相互关系和德州市产业结构现状,分析了应用型本科院校人才培养存在的问题,体现在师资队伍建设不平衡,应用型本科教育课程体系设计不合理。提出了应用型本科院校人才培养对策,应构建以够用、实用、应用为目标的理论教学体系,建设校内外实践基地,进而提升学生的综合素质和专业技能,以适应社会发展和新型工业化城市的要求。

Through taking the industrial development of newly industrialized cities in Dezhou City as the background,the research explores the countermeasures of the training of applied undergraduate talents;discusses the relationship between applied undergraduate education and industrial structure,and the present situation of industrial structure in Dezhou City;and analyzes the problems,i.e.the imbalance of teaching staff construction,irrational design of applied undergraduate education course system.The training strategies of talent training of applied colleges are proposed,i.e.to establish the theoretical teaching system through enough,practical and applied target,establish practical base in and out of school,and improve the comprehensive quality and professional skill of students,in order to meet the requirements of social development and new industrialization cities.
