探讨了高校教学管理信息化策略,概述了教学管理信息化内涵。从数字化、知识化、网络化三方面,分析了教学管理信息化的特点。论述了高校教学管理信息化现状,具体表现在对信息化管理认识不足、缺乏整体规划和管理、基础设施投入经费少。提出了高校教学管理信息化提升策略,应转变管理理念,重视信息化管理,改革高校教学管理工作,优化传统的数据统计模式,大力引进计算机等先进信息设备;加强信息资源建设,激励教师不断提升自身的业务能力水平,提升学生的操作能力;加强教学管理队伍建设,提升管理人员的信息化应用能力,通过专家讲座、专业培训等方式提高管理人员的综合素质,建立并完善教学管理工作制度,定期考核管理人员的业务水平和教学成果。

The research explores the strategies of the teaching management informatization in the college,summarizes the connotation of teaching management informationization,and analyzes the characteristics from three aspects,including digitization,education and networking.Then the present situation of teaching management informatization of the college is discussed,i.e.the lack of informationization management understanding,overall plan and management,and the investment of infrastructure.Strategies for the improvement of the teaching management infromatization in the college are proposed,i.e.to change management concept,focus on informitization management,reform college teaching management,optimize traditional data statistics mode,fully introduce advanced information equipment,such as computer;strengthen information resource construction,encourage teachers to continuously promote teaching ability,and promote the operative ability of he students;establish and perfect teaching management system,assess the professional skills and teaching effect of the managers regularly.
