对新时代高校行政管理创新路径进行探讨。高校行政管理体系在工作中存在一些问题:教育管理模式较为落后,具体行政管理措施没有落到实处,行政管理人员的管理水平普遍不高。新时代对高校行政管理提出了更高的要求:追寻时代发展的脚步,进一步深化行政管理体制的改革与创新;打破传统管理理念的壁垒,用创新的思维来看待发展。提出了新时代高校行政管理创新的可能路径:在行政管理体系中合理使用科技产品,提高行政管理人员的整体素质,旨在促进高校教育事业的不断发展。

The research explores the administration innovation pathway of colleges and universities in the new era.There are some problems of administration system in colleges and universities,i.e.relatively backward education administration mode,not enough implement of specific administration measures,and general low administration level of administrators.There are more requirements of administration management in colleges and universities in the new era,i.e.to follow the pace of era development,further deepen the reform and innovation of administration management system;break the barrier of traditional management concept,and view the development through innovative thinking.Possible innovative pathway of administration management of colleges and universities in the new era is proposed,i.e.rationally use technological products in administration management system,and improve the overall quality of administrators,in order to promote the continuous development of college education career.
