摘要
探讨了应届毕业生就业现状及建议。分析了2021年应届毕业生就业现状,并讨论了毕业生就业难的原因,包括内部因素:毕业生职业定位不明确、自身综合素质能力不过关、对就业认识不到位;外部因素:就业指导教育不完善、用人单位对人才的要求有所提升、心理辅导与沟通不足。针对2021年应届毕业生就业难提出了几点建议,学校层面:召开就业专题会议,引导应届生转变就业观念,制定就业方案,培养应届生的就业信念,推荐就业单位,提供就业服务,做好心理辅导,坚定就业信念,开展就业帮扶,帮助家庭困难学生,加强理想信念教育;学生个人层面:明确自身优势,积极就业,注重培养个人的意志品质,提升自身专业素质,增强创新创业意识。通过分析就业难的原因,找到解决对策,进而帮助毕业生顺利就业,提升就业质量。
The research explores the employment situation of fresh graduates and proposes suggestions.Then the research analyzes the present situation of the fresh graduates of 2021,and discusses the causes of the employment difficulties of graduates,including the internal and external factors.Internal factors include ambiguity of graduate employment position,lack of comprehensive quality and ability,and lack of employment cognition.The external factors include imperfect employment guidance education,the increase of the requirement of talents from the employer,and lack of psychological tutorship and communication.Several suggestions are proposed to solve the difficulty of the employment of fresh graduates of 2021.The school should hold employment special session,guide fresh graduates to change employment concept,formulate employment schedule,train employment concept of fresh graduates,recommend employers,provide employment service,do well in psychological guidance,determine employment belief,develop employment assist,help poor students,and strengthen ideal and belief education.Students should clarify self advantages,actively obtain employment,pay attention to train individual volitional quality,improve self professional quality,and strengthen innovation and entrepreneurship consciousness.The research analyzes the causes of employment difficulty,and finds countermeasures,to help fresh graduates to get jobs smoothly,and improve employment quality.
