摘要
探讨民办高校辅导员岗位开展模式优化的策略,从辅导员岗位背景、职责、岗位开展情况等方面来论述民办高校辅导员岗位提升的实施建议,以此来分享对民办高校辅导员素质能力拓展的思考。
The research explores the optimization strategies for the development mode of counselors in private colleges and universities,discusses the implement suggestions for the development of counselors in private colleges and universities from the following aspects,i.e.counselor’s post background,responsibility and post development,in order to share the thinking of counselor’s quality and ability development of colleges and universities.
