智慧监控在高速公路信息化中的应用

The Application of Intelligent Monitoring in Expressway Information

多元网络环境下,智慧监控逐渐发展起来,被应用到各个领域。当前,高速公路信息化建设中,指挥监控不可或缺,其能够实时监控路段情况,使现场视频图像更加清晰,为应急指挥、大数据采集及现场调度等提供了技术支持。该文简要介绍传统视频监控系统弊端,强调指挥监控的作用,论述关键技术,以期实现指挥监控对高速公路全覆盖,满足信息化建设要求,提高高速公路运营管理质量及效率。

In the multi network environment,intelligent monitoring is gradually developed and applied to various fields.At present,in the construction of highway information,command and monitoring is indispensable.It can monitor the road section in real time,make the scene video image clearer,and provide technical support for emergency command,big data acquisition and on-site scheduling.This paper briefly introduces the disadvantages of traditional video monitoring system,emphasizes the role of command and monitoring,and discusses the key technologies,so as to realize the full coverage of command and monitoring on expressway,meet the requirements of information construction,and improve the quality and efficiency of expressway operation and management.
