摘要
该文针对井底残留的碎屑及细小零件,提出用一种负压清洗装置来进行清理。该装置上的射流短节的喷嘴通过喷射清洗液体以达到清理目的。为此,针对4种不同形状轮廓的喷嘴,使用Fluent软件进行清水液体的模拟仿真,得到了4种喷嘴类型的速度分布云图和速度曲线。结果表明,这几种喷嘴都能将清水加速近60倍,其中漏斗型喷嘴的加速效果最高,达到了59.8 m/s。
In this paper,a negative pressure cleaning device is proposed to clean the residual debris and small parts at the bottom of the well.On the device,the nozzle of the jet sub ejects the cleaning liquid for cleaning.For this reason,the Fluent software is used to simulate the clear water liquid for four kinds of nozzles with different shapes and contours,and the velocity distribution nephogram and velocity curve of four nozzle types are obtained.The results show that these nozzles can accelerate water nearly 60 times,and the funnel nozzle has the highest acceleration effect,reaching 59.8m/s,which has the best acceleration effect.
