摘要
该文通过对地铁行业的分析、研究,针对地铁备件的特点,结合ABC备件分类和层次分析法(AHP)等,制定出符合实际应用的地铁备件分类方法。该方法通过对地铁维修模式的研究,进行备件大类划分,利用AHP层次分析法构建指标体系,赋值量化,利用比较矩阵、故障分布进行权重分配。该文方法成功应用到石家庄地铁的备件分类中,对提高设备系统备件需求量预测的精度、优化库存控制具有十分重要的战略意义。
This paper,through the analysis and research of the subway industry,according to the characteristics of subway spare parts,combined with ABC spare parts classification and AHP analytic hierarchy process,has developed a classification method of subway spare parts which is in line with the practical application.This method divides spare parts into different categories by studying the maintenance mode of metro.AHP is used to construct index system,and the quantitative value is assigned.The weight distribution is carried out by using comparison matrix and fault distribution.This method is successfully applied to the spare parts classification of Shijiazhuang metro,which is of great strategic significance to improve the accuracy of spare parts demand forecast and optimize inventory control.
