后疫情时代高职扩招专业“四维一体、五阶段”人才培养模式探索——以建设工程管理专业为例

受到新型冠状肺炎传染病的影响,全国各大中专院校纷纷开展线上加线下的教学模式,高职扩招专业在很长时间内采用线上教学的方式进行授课,随着我国疫情的有效控制,各大中专院校的教学工作逐步步入正轨。面对疫情的"常态化",该院扩招专业建设工程管理探索实施"四维一体、五阶段"人才培养模式,提高扩招专业学生综合素质,推动学生全面发展。

Under the influence of the COVID-19 epidemic,the national colleges and universities carry out online and offline teaching mode,while the higher vocational expansion majors adopt online teaching.With the effective control of the epidemic situation,the teaching work is gradually on the right track.In the face of the "normalization" of the epidemic situation,the college explored the implementation of the "four-dimensional integration,five stage" talent training mode to improve the comprehensive quality of students majoring in enrollment expansion.
