突发公共卫生事件充满不确定性和紧急性,对社会和民众造成的危害也是多方面的,应急管理人员面临突发事件时处理问题的能力高低决定了事件能否及时、迅速地得到解决。因此,针对现阶段我国应急管理人员的能力现状进行深入分析,找出应急管理培训的不足之处并提供相应建议,不断完善应急管理培训机制,以提高应急管理人员处理突发公共卫生事件的综合能力。

Public health emergencies are full of uncertainty and urgency,and the harm to society and the people is also multifaceted.The ability of emergency management personnel to deal with problems when facing emergencies determines whether the incident can be obtained in a timely and rapid manner solve.Therefore,according to the current situation of emergency management personnel in my country,we conduct in-depth analysis,find out the shortcomings of emergency management training and provide corresponding suggestions,and continuously improve the emergency management training mechanism to improve the comprehensiveness of emergency management personnel in handling public health emergencies ability.
