辅导员在高职院校学生管理中需要和学生进行面对面交流和工作,在学生工作中发挥出了重要作用。该文先分析了辅导员发展中的能力要求,随后介绍了高职院校建设专业化辅导员队伍的具体措施,包括形成科学有效的选拔方案、创新辅导员组织管理模式、加强辅导员科学培训、完善辅导员保障体系,希望能给相关人士提供有效参考,为此对于辅导员也提出更高要求,需要采取有效措施,不断提升辅导员专业素质,优化高职院校教育实力。

Counselors need face-to-face communication and work with students in the student management of higher vocational colleges,and play an important role in student work.This paper first analyzes the ability requirements in the development of counselors,and then introduces the specific measures for the construction of professional counselor team in higher vocational colleges,including the formation of scientific and effective selection scheme,innovation of counselor organization and management mode,strengthening the scientific training of counselors,and improvement of counselor security system,hoping to provide effective reference for relevant people,so it also puts forward higher requirements for counselors Therefore,we need to take effective measures to continuously improve the professional quality of counselors,and optimize the educational strength of higher vocational colleges.
