21世纪以来,随着《国家中长期教育改革与发展纲要(2010—2020)》中"以人为本"的教育理念的提出,对现代教育管理方法以及人才培养策略有了新的要求,拒绝传统死板的教学模式,培养具有较强动手能力和创新精神的学生。在教学的过程中,要充分体现人文关怀,尊重学生在学习中的主体地位,尊重不同学生之间的个体差异,发现新型有效的现代小学教育管理方法。

Since the 21st century,with the "people-oriented" education concept proposed in the National Medium and Long Term Education Reform and Development Program (2010-2020),there are new requirements for modern education management methods and personnel training strategies.Reject the traditional rigid teaching mode,cultivate students with strong practical ability and innovative spirit.In the process of teaching,we should fully reflect the humanistic care,respect the dominant position of students in learning,respect the individual differences between different students,and find new and effective methods of modern primary school education management.
