阔叶浆打浆度和配比对薄型印刷纸不透明度、强度的影响

The Effect of Beating Degree and Composition on the Opacity and Strength of Low Basis Weight Printing Paper

薄型印刷纸作为一种特种纸,要求具有良好的匀度、强度,以及较好的印刷适应性等特点,其中不透明度、抗张强度、表面强度是其重要指标,且对成本有重要影响。本文主要通过实验研究阔叶浆打浆度、配比对薄型印刷纸不透明度、强度,以及对成纸匀度、成本的影响。结果表明:降低阔叶浆打浆度,有利于提高薄型印刷纸的不透明度、降低成本,但不利于成纸匀度;阔叶浆配比在一定范围内对成纸不透明度无明显影响,但对成纸强度影响显著,可用于调整改善印刷断纸、印刷适应性等问题。

As a kind of specialty paper,low basis weight printing paper requires good formatiom,high strength,and good printing adaptability.Among them,the index of opacity,tensile strength and surface strength are the important indexes,and have an important impact on the cost.This paper mainly studied the effects of hardwood pulp beating degree and ratio on the opacity and strength of thin printing paper,as well as on the uniformity and cost of paper.The results show that reducing the beating degree of hardwood pulp is beneficial to improve the opacity of thin printing paper and reduce the cost,but not conducive to the evenness of paper.In a certain range,the ratio of hardwood pulp has no obvious effect on the opacity of the paper,but has a significant effect on the strength of the paper,which can be used to adjust and improve the problems of printing broken paper and printing adaptability.
