某台纸机安装的液体碳酸钙螺杆泵泄漏频繁、供料不稳。在分析碳酸钙物理特性和生产要求的基础上,基于三维画图软件将杂乱的管道重新设计并将现有螺杆泵的密封结构进行改进,在泄漏处增加接料盒。改进后,明显改善了螺杆泵的泄漏情况,稳定了供料的流量,延长了转定子的使用寿命,消除了意外停机的隐患,方便了管道的洗刷和备用泵的切换,减轻了工人维修和清洁的工作量,验证了填料密封结构更适合液体碳酸钙的泵送。

The liquid calcium carbonate screw pump installed on a paper machine frequently leaks and the material supply is unstable.Based on the analysis of the physical properties and production requirements of calcium carbonate,the messy pipeline was redesigned based on the three-dimensional drawing software,the existing screw pump sealing structure was improved,and a receiving box was added at the leak.After the improvement,the leakage of the screw pump is significantly improved,the feed flow rate is stabilized,the service life of the rotor and the stator is prolonged,the hidden danger of accidental shutdown is eliminated,the cleaning of the pipeline and the switch of the standby pump are facilitated,and the maintenance and repair of the workers are reduced.The clean workload has verified that the packing seal structure is more suitable for pumping liquid calcium carbonate.
