摘要 原位质谱技术具有原位、微量、实时、在线、无需样品预处理的特点。近年来,基于不同电离原理开发的原位离子化技术相继问世。原位光电离是一种基于大气压光电离的离子化技术,具有无电离极性歧视、电离碎片少以及抗基质效应强等优点。原位光电离通常需引入掺杂剂以增强离子化效率,待测物既可通过光致直接电离,亦可通过光电离诱导的离子分子反应电离,可分析掺有复杂基质的气体、液体或固体,应用领域包括环境污染、国家安全、临床医疗、生命科学等。本工作阐述了光电离的基本原理,对几种典型的原位光电离质谱技术及应用领域进行了讨论,并展望了原位光电离质谱的发展趋势。 Ambient mass spectrometry enables the direct analysis of trace samples in real time at ambient condition without sample pretreatment.In recent years,various ambient ionization methods have been developed based on different ionization mechanisms.Ambient photoionization mass spectrometry was developed on atmospheric pressure photoionization,which has the advantages of no ionization polarity discrimination,soft ionization,and reduced ion suppression from matrix effect.Normally dopant needs to be added in ambient photoionization mass spectrometry to enhance the ionization efficiency.Target analytes can be directly ionized by photoionization,or ionized by ion-molecule reactions induced by photoionization.The gas,liquid and solid chemicals in complex matrix can be directly analyzed by ambient photoionization mass spectrometry,which has been widely applied in the analysis about environmental pollution,national security,clinical medicine and life sciences.This work explains the photoionization mechanism and discusses the principles and applications of some representative ambient photoionization mass spectrometry methods.
