摘要
通过抗压强度、快速氯离子扩散系数、电通量、碳化深度、干燥收缩和快速冻融循环试验研究内掺抗侵蚀防腐剂对海工混凝土性能的影响。结果发现:掺入抗侵蚀防腐剂降低混凝土抗压强度和28 d D_(RCM)值,增大其掺量对混凝土D_(RCM)和电通量影响不明显;0.46水胶比混凝土抗碳化性能和抗冻融性能随抗侵蚀防腐剂掺量上升而下降;不同混凝土干燥收缩变形在28 d前差别较小,28 d后随抗侵蚀防腐剂掺量上升而下降。延长混凝土养护龄期和降低水胶比可有效弥补掺入抗侵蚀防腐剂的不利效应。
Influence of corrosion resistance preservative(CRP)on marine concrete was investigated through the compressive strength test,fast chloride diffusion coefficient(DRCM)test,electric flux test,carbonation depth test,drying shrinkage test and fast freeze-thaw cycle test.The results showed that the addition of CRP decreased the compressive strength and 28 day DRCM,while the electric flux and DRCM showed insignificant change as the content of CRP increased.The carbonation resistance and frost resistance of concrete with a water-to-binder ratio of 0.46 was decreased with an increasing dosage of CRP.The drying shrinkage deformation of different concrete samples exhibited a slight distinction before 28 days,and decreased with the increase of CRP content after 28 days.The adverse effect of adding CRP can be effectively make up through prolonging the curing age of concrete and reducing the water-to-binder ratio.
