摘要
针对水运工程软基施工质量精细化管理难题,文章基于智能建造的内涵,提出了软基施工智能建造的总体框架,构建了从信息智能感知到智能分析再到智能馈控的施工智能管控体系,开发了软基施工智能建造管控平台,汇聚了施工智能管控系统的各类结构化和非结构化数据,形成了互联协同、智能生产、科学高效的软基施工智能施工指挥中心。实际工程应用表明,智能建造技术实现了软基施工的可视化和智能化管理,大大提升了工程的施工质量管控水平和效率,在类似工程中具有广阔的推广应用前景。
Aiming at the problem of fine management of soft foundation construction quality in water transportation projects,this paper proposed the overall framework of intelligent construction technology of soft foundation construction based on the connotation of intelligent construction,and built an intelligent construction management and control system from information intelligent perception to intelligent analysis to intelligent feed control.An intelligent construction management and control platform for soft foundation construction was developed,which gathered various structured and unstructured data of the construction intelligent management and control system,and formed an intelligent construction command center for soft foundation construction that is interconnected,collaborative,intelligent,and scientific and efficient.The actual engineering application shows that the intelligent construction technology realizes the visualization and intelligent management of soft foundation construction,greatly improves the construction quality control level and efficiency of the project.This research has broad promotion and application prospects in similar projects.
